Test Results

Your Physician will only contact you if your test results are abnormal. Please note, due to strict WRMC confidentiality policy, test results will ONLY be provided to the patient and no one else (unless prior written consent is provided by the patient).

Urgent Appointments

Test Results

Due to the high volume of test results we receive, patients will not be contacted if results are normal and can call our office if they have any questions. Any information regarding results or otherwise will ONLY be provided to the patient and nobody else, unless the patient has given permission which will be confirmed with the patient.

Late arrival/ no show policy

White Rose Medical Centre has implemented a late arrival/ no show policy to ensure we are able to deliver and maintain high standards of care for all our patients.

Arriving late to your appointment puts your physician behind schedule which has a negative impact on other patients who have arrived on time for their appointment. If a patient is more than 10 minutes late for their appointment, then their appointment will be cancelled and rescheduled according to availability.

(The only exception will be patients who have urgent needs as deemed by the Physician)

Appointments are limited and in high demand and therefore it is imperative you attend your appointment on time. If you are unable to attend, we request that you provide at least 24 hours cancellation notice so we can book your appointment slot with another patient.

Patients that fail to attend their appointment without notice are considered as no shows and will be subject to the following:

  • 1st no show- Patient will informed of the no show policy
  • 2nd no show- Verbal warning
  • 3rd no show- $25.00 charge
  • Subsequent no shows- Patient may be de-rostered from our clinic

We understand that at times, extenuating circumstances may arise. Please discuss with the clinic staff if this is the case.

Zero tolerance policy

We have a strict zero tolerance policy for any type of abuse or bad behaviour towards our staff or other patients. Immediate action will be taken against those individuals who violate this policy including the possibility of permanent removal from our clinic.
